Almost disappointing the first time you make one, but so pretty you forgive them :)Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07860175097394228040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21548720.post-36541419844041320452009-02-03T16:24:00.000-08:002009-02-03T16:24:00.000-08:00Loving your cable-y goodness. It's much easier to get away with a sweater being a bit longer rather than too short! ;-) Why oh why do I let my Google Reader get backed up....okay back to my 93 posts waiting for me...since Saturday.Hollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12944204657462978748noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21548720.post-66258039748507067212009-02-02T18:53:00.000-08:002009-02-02T18:53:00.000-08:00Well done on the Gathered Pullover! I am wondering -- I recall noticing something in the magazine in the photos, that there are some odd looking "lines" or something or other coming out of each side of the motif, which I vowed that if I ever made the sweater, I would not include. I notice that yours doesn't have them, either, and am wondering if it is a mod, or if maybe I'm just looking at the picture in the magazine without my reading glasses and not seeing things correctly. Anyway, love the color (I'm always sold on a nice blue), and will look forward to seeing how your mods work out, because I thought that I'd add an inch or so to the top before starting the motif, too....so will be watching to see how that works out.YarnThrowerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13261414607842071918noreply@blogger.com
